Four labels
Use the right strength of language
Directly visible
The page showed a URL, caption, measurement, image, date context or contact detail during the review.
Source statement
An uploader, catalog, marketplace, service or message stated a fact that this guide cannot independently confirm.
Explained reasoning
Two records appear connected because codes, variants and source links align; the reasoning is stated, not hidden.
Not established
The available source does not answer the question, or the answer belongs to a private or changing external system.
Nearest source
Ask the party that controls the fact
| Question | Nearest responsible source | What this guide can do |
|---|---|---|
| What does the album show? | The public album or item page | Explain which visible details are useful to record |
| What is currently listed? | The responsible marketplace or product page | Help compare page identity and variant |
| What was quoted in a chat? | The dated conversation and account source | Suggest how to preserve and normalize the answer |
| What will shipping cost? | The responsible service using current parcel inputs | Explain weight and estimate assumptions |
| What happened to an order? | The party that accepted the order or shipment | Point the question to the responsible support route |
Examples
Change the wording when the evidence changes
Supported wording
Describe the page
“The public page displayed a black variant, code BG-142 and a 28 cm width when checked on the stated date.”
Unsupported leap
Do not invent an outcome
“This means the item is available, accurate, authentic and will arrive as shown.” None of those outcomes follows from page visibility alone.
Changing pages
Treat dated observations as dated
External pages can change titles, images, contacts, prices and policies. A review records what was visible at the time checked. When a change matters, keep both versions, identify the source of each and update the practical conclusion without pretending the earlier observation never existed.
Examples without invented results
Show the method, not a fictional success story
Worked examples on this site use hypothetical item codes and clearly limited conclusions. They demonstrate how to write a record, compare measurements or frame a question. They do not claim that an actual seller replied, a transaction succeeded or a product met an unstated standard.
Corrections and independence
Keep the guide separate from the catalog
This website is an independent guide. It is not the official website of Yupoo or yupoooo.com and does not represent any brand, marketplace, seller, shopping service or carrier. If a page contains a factual error about this guide, the appropriate correction is to update the page and keep the scope language accurate—not to broaden the claim beyond the available evidence.
